tackle boxes

what do you guys use for out in the bay to keep your tackle dry, as far as plano or what, i have a crate im worried if i get some wake over the side of the yak it may just sit inside my box's and ruin my gear

I use the waterproof, or so, plano boxes. This is the type with the o-ring type seal. They do a pretty good job. They can be kept in the crate with relative waterproof security.

I don't have water proof plano's but they are sideways and the crate is elevated. So it they get hit with water is just rolls right off. The water proof ones are nice, I just have not invested in them yet.
