depending on the rig being made for togs I Have used 50# Ande's mono for IR inlet and on a boat and it held up fine. I make 5' leaders and I go through them so fast (especially in the inlet) I just use the cheapest I can find. I recently purchased a large spool of 50# cabelas sea striker. There is a bit of memory in the line. I wrap the rigs around a piece of cardboard and it comes off the cardboard looking like unfolded paper clips, but once I get a weight put on and fish a little bit all the kinks go away. This was even in 40 degree weather.
The best time spent is time that doesn't feel like it was spent at all. When it's worth it you'll give everything to do it all over again no matter what the cost.

Got my order of 60# Quattro+ mono from Cabelas today and tied some leaders. This stuff is pretty good. Not zero, but very little memory. Better than the stuff I used before (Big Game, Sea Striker, Ande Premium, South Bend and Zebco).

Good thing I like it because I had to order their 780 yard spool (biggest spool I ever ordered @ $36). Anyway, I'm sold on this line. Thanks
