PVC Rod Holders

What size pvc do you guys use to make your rod holders.. Also is it the same size that goes into the built in holders on the side? Looking to go get some pvc today thanks!

I used 1.25 pvc out of my rod holders and step it up to 1.50 for the rod holders however the rod holders on my malibu would not even fit 1.25 inch pipe with out modification so i had to sand them down a bit to make them fit

march stuff 025.jpg Here is a picture of mine I have tried them out and though they work im going with a different set up because every time I try to get something out of the back the rods end up in my way now im currently putting together a cooler with rod holders on the back mounted to the yak

Too bad that the rods are in the way, I really like that set up, looks good!
