Homemade Adjustable GoPro Pole

$10 adjustable monopod from walmart
$.50 chair rubber end piece
already had 1" Ram Ball mount and connector/gopro connector

followed online directions with slight modification, works solid

3 screws off end piece replaced with rubber cap

hack sawed other end, took off rubber piece, left as much thread as possible

drilled out 1/4" thread out of camera ram mount

used 9/32" drill bit

epoxied ram mount onto threaded end piece

thanks for posting. i'm looking to get a new monopod. the old one is basically all froze up due to rusty rivet connections jamming the works. assuming yours is similar mass consumer construction, i'd suggest some periodic inspection and anti-corrosion treat ment if needed.
