Gopro rig on PA12

So I finally picked up my new ride and have been trying to find the best mounting setup for my camera. I realize that I'm trying to reinvent the wheel, but I found a bicycle mount that will clamp to the seat and an extension arm. Thoughts?

Also, I'm thinking about mounting gear track next to the seat to add ram tubes to troll from. Again, thoughts?

Maybe a fail safe just in case it takes a dunk...a leash or float. Looks pretty cool

Thanks! I was actually planning on both. I have the floaty back but was also going to run a fluoro or ss leash back to the top of the seat.
