I plan on making my first trip to the Susquehanna below the Conowingo Dam. I fished off the bank there last Sunday but the main reason for the trip was to look at 4 different launch sites.

Hopefully launching at JG tomorrow at @0600. On Sat and Sun will probably fish from shore since the nuts in the boats will be all over the place.

                      Dave,
I was just reading a map this morning that I bought at the Jug Bay visitor store. It is a great map for $6, showing the Patuxent river from the mouth of the Bay to Lothian. The map shows that if you launch from Selby's Landing (a mile from the Jug Bay Jacksons landing) and take a left, then when the channel opens up hang a right, it is deep there. I'd like to get to know the Patuxent, in that area, really well and find the places stripers may hang out.

I might actually stay up in this area for once this weekend. Might have to work Sat, but thinking about heading over to MD Sunday and/or Monday. Maybe spsp, plo, or piney point. And I hope that lowlife jerk who tried to break into my truck last time I went to piney point comes back, because I will catch him and string him up by his doodads this time.
