Looking to help a special needs guy

Guys,
I just found out that my boss has a 29 year old special needs son. They've moved here from Chicago a few months ago, living now in Millersville.
He's typically done clerical and repetetive type work. Anyone here have a fit for him? I'm sure this is stressful so I'm reaching out to our community here to see if we can get something done.

Call the county aging and disabilities section at 410-222-4464 they will be able to help. They also have a disabilities commission and I have copied in their info.

The commission regularly meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month in the Independence Conference Room 2664 Riva Road, Room 170, Annapolis, MD. 21401, except for December. Anyone planning to attend who needs accommodations should contact the Americans with Disabilities Act office at (410) 222-4383 or by e-mail at agbeze83@aacounty.org at least seven days in advance of the meeting. TTY users should please call via Maryland Relay at 7-1-1
