I finally purchased a old town Camden 120 angler SIS kayak. I took her out for the first time on Friday and spent a couple of hours fishing Antietam creek. I've been a bank fishing for years but fishing from a kayak was fantastic. Wish I'd have taken the plunge sooner. Caught 4 fish and had a fantastic time watching nature when the fish weren't biting. Thanks to all for your thoughts and advice provided to me while reading your posts. I still have a few things to figure out (paddling efficiently, packing gear and anchor verses drag chain etc.). I now have many new places to fish!! I look forward to continuing to learn from y'all's posts. Thanks again.

Thanks for your photos. I have a feeling we'll be seeing a whole lot more as the addiction sets in.

Went out on the Potomac this morning. Went up stream from Williamsport. Caught a couple of smallies and a few blue gills. Didn't get skunked but didn't catch anything of any size either. Biggest fish was maybe a pound but it was a lot of fun. I think I'm hooked on fishing from a kayak.
