They've never posted here and looks like a spammer at best or a virus at worst. I've attached a screen shot. I didn't click the link.

Click the check box on the right side of the message. The selected message will be highlighted in yellow.
In the right lower corner of the window, click on "Selected message" A pull down menu will appear. Select delete.
