Thought it was kind of odd that a GUEST could send a pm. Shouldn't someone need to be registered to send pm's?

The perpetrator was registered. They got booted after the spam PMs...to LOTS of us.

It said guest under his name when I opened it. It was the 1st thing I looked at when I saw what it was.

Yeah, when I opened it had a normal new member "rank". The weird part, was that who ever it was registered a while ago, IIRC 7-23?
