Going to eat it tomorrow. We ate one rock fillet as sashimi, it was good.

My wife is mad at me, I cleaned the rest of the fish after she left for work and put all the fillets in a big bowl of water in the fridge. She said now she can't eat it as sashimi because it soaks up water and will taste like tofu. Guess I'll take them out and see if wrapping them in paper towel will help.

Email sent. I just clean my fish, wash them well and vacuum seal them. If I'm going to eat all of them within the week they stay in the refrigerator otherwise they go in the freezer but not more than a month!

Considering how high the bar is, it doesn't take much for me to get a PB. Although, that trout might take a while to one-up.
