I was thinking more in the line of stripers and blues, which I don't think will be at Waysons. I just saw the video of Point Lookout and thought that might be a good shot. What would you fish for at Waysons? I would definitely like to join you there sometime though.

Yea i am looking to head out somewhere to fish for stripers but not a clue where I'd want to head out from.

How does everyone feel about Point Lookout? Is there somewhere closer that you want to try? I've been to SPSP and Jonus Green a few times, so I am looking to try somewhere different. Any suggestions?

I will contact Kevin Frye since that's his area; for a report. Point lookout sounds good though. Can someone check the tides?

Eyedaddy just reminded me of a neat place: the Rhode River. I once visited the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center on the Rhode River and found it to be kayak friendly.

There is a kayak launch and a rmap for tailers. Parking is free. We could fish out to the Bevery Triton beach.

Maria, as far as I know its going to be Point Lookout. Around 7:30 or 8:00. I will get there by 8:00. It's 3 hours for me.

Anybody have any hard plans yet? Been following the thread and want to get out tomorrow and Sunday. Think I am just going to hit Ft Armistead on Sunday but am open to other ideas for Saturday.
