How Storms Effect Fishing

I found a short easy (layman's) read article on how and when the best time to fish during and after weather events. I realize that many of us have to get fishing in while we can but with a little time and planning fishing trips can be more fruitful.
There also is a section in the article that explain in detail the reason why fishing picks up this time of year.
