Viking kayaks new yak

Hey all. Just saw on another page that viking kayaks just announced there new compact version of the profish 400. This yak will be just over 11ft and 32inches wide. From what i read they will announce it to the US markets tomorrow. I also read it will be around $1,100.00. The profish gt looks like an interesting kayak.

I like it but worried the 32 inch width will kill the speed.
Looks like the tarpons are gonna have some more competition.

Yeah this one is for stability more than speed. You would have a hard time flipping this one. It would be more of a competitor to a Ride. But this one is ocean capable, where the Ride is not so much for big water.

It is pretty impressive at 52 lbs weight and still 385 lbs capacity.
