Chesapeake Beach, Thursday Evening...

This Thursday we are planning on launching out of Chesapeake Beach. I'll probably spent the first portion headed out to deeper water to troll. Then it'll be bottom fishing for whatever is hungry.

We are planning on getting to the launch in the late afternoon, maybe 4/5ish. We haven't pinned down our schedule yet, but when we do, I'll post it here.

We'll be out till after dark, so plan accordingly. So far its me, Foursteps, and mytmouse. All are welcome...the more the merrier.

This is all weather contingent.

Chesapeake Beach Parking

What is the launch like at Chesapeake Beach? Is there parking for a trailer?

Almost got kicked out of Jonas Green Park because of trailer, even though I'd called ahead to the park office. Can't take a trailer there again.

Its trailer-friendly since it is a full out boat launch. It's $5 for car-top launchers, not sure what the cost is for trailers.
