If it makes you guys feel any better, there was only a gentle breeze and slight drizzle at Solomons yesterday evening. Meanwhile, it rained almost 1/2 an inch with enough wind to bring down several branches in my yard, which is only 4 miles south and west of Solomons. These kind of storms can be really isolated.

One good thing that came out of yesterday is that I finally strapped my yak to my c-tug cart when putting my yak back and talk about a breeze! LOL I dunno why I went so long holding it over my head! I even pulled it up the patio steps! Whooohooo! LOL

Just got off the water for the night. Caught 13 croaker 14-17inches. 2 rock at about the same like they were the croakers homies. 1 blue crab and 1 horseshoe crab...not a bad night. I also trolled 1.6 nm west or the marina and back with no luck on the umbrella or the tandem.

still heading there in the morning. i got an inch and a half of rain with L&T till about 6 very nasty. better to be safe than sorry and waste gas getting there
