So from the stories I have heard about fishing on the eastern shore should be perfect fishing this weekend.

Full moon, partly cloudy, Honeysuckles have bloomed which mean the crabs are shedding which means the croakers and rockfish are moving into the shallows feeding. Plus croakers like clam necks which are used in crab pots for bait. The bluefish will soon follow

    Time to fish

I am thinking Ferry's Cove, (Poplar Island) I caught a 17'' rockfish there last weekend plus several smaller, the crab pots are out and I have caught many croakers there in the past.
