Submitted my form, I have one on the inside of my front hatch but the Sharpy marker keeps fading so hopefully this will last longer.

Got a check while out on the water a couple years ago by CG while fishing off of greenbury point, they gave me a sticker that I put under front hatch. Good to have better not to get separated from your yak;-)

This form asks for your name, address, phone, & email... so I figured I better check out their Privacy Policy.
When I clicked their Privacy Policy link, our proxy (located at the DOJ) blocked me and flagged it as "Suspicious". That's odd.
