    Join the Anne Arundel Public Water Access Committee for our February Meeting on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 6 pm in the DPW building at 445 Maxwell Frye Road, Millersville MD 21108. We will talk about the progress that we have made in public water access and plan our strategy for 2015 and beyond.

      You're welcome. I'm looking forward to hearing about Franklin Point State Park. Maryland DNR bought that land in 1999 and retained it in 2005 after the county said it didn't want it.

      The West Rhode Riverkeeper and a group of south county WAC volunteers have been doing a lot of heavy lifting helping DNR get ready to open it.

      Hope you all have been getting out on the water.
