Spring Can's Be Far?

Was very bored this morning, so I drove over to Jonas Green Park. Remember those warm days launching for anything? Well, today the Severn is frozen totally until it runs into the Chesapeake. I took a few pictures, but it was so cold and windy, I could only manage a few. Can't wait for warmer weather. The first one is Jonas Green-solid ice. The second is looking south towards Naval Academy-you can see the water/ice line. So just enjoy and stay warm.

Annapolis is still a whopping 5 degrees warmer than Fairbanks, Alaska as I type this.

There's one in Charles County that's only 1/4 mile from a ramp. Three of the first 4 pics on the spankin stripers site are from there, taken this year. The only negative is that commercial H&L came in last week, and those guys probably will resent the company.

sorry guys , its my fault . i bought a kayak to fish the colder months while my motor boat was sleeping and we get the coldest freaking day since 1896 . unbelievable ! sorry again
