I just ordered it online....I may just return it, or if I can find the gold chip somewhere just upgrade

I've got one of those somewhere, Dao picked it up for me a couple weeks ago. I plan on fishing mostly salt this season, but I still need to try snakeheads with you some time.

Those are my goals this year get a snakehead and get out in the bay!

I got the Elite5 HDI with gold maps for Christmas. I tried to update the gold data on the Navionics website and they said my "freshest data" had expired. I contacted Navionics and they sent out a new SD card with Navionics +. The contour data is fantastic, and it includes contours for some of the local lakes like Tridelphia and Centennial. Now if I could just try it on the water!

Good to hear they sent you an updated card, even better to hear they finally include contour data for more local impoundments.
