I found a new Hobie Outback 2012 for a great deal, so I had to go for it. Picked it up wednesday, but couldn't do anything with it bc the wind was too high. Finally the wind died down a bit today, so I took it for a spin at SPSP. HOW DID I LIVE WITHOUT THIS?!?! Going from a Hobie Odyssey (tandem paddle with no rudder) to a Outback is AMAZING! Even with the crazy waves and wind, I was able to move around just fine.
Can't wait to see what it can do with Turbo fins and sailing rudder... but man my head is hurting from the million ways to rig this yak.
Also can't wait to try this at CHSP this weekend, and CBBT in a couple weeks... MAN i'm giddy as a school boy.

Also if anyone was looking for a new 2013 Revo 13, I've come across a few of them going for $1500 at the local hobie dealers.
