Launched at 3pm, was fishing in less than 1 foot of water when I snagged this one. They were out there, just had to work it.

Congratulations on your first snakehead. I'm hoping for the same this year.

Love their colors. Hoping my first this year too. Missed one last year, it just backed up and stared at me after missing the top water lure. Did you keep and eat it?

I'm calling it. Within 2 decades these guys will be regulated and protected by dnr and assimilated as gamefish like carp and brown trout.

Got these in today. Hollow bodies snag less walking stick lures.
