Anyone fish Lake Roland this year

Thinking about heading down to Lake Roland some time this weekend so I don't have to worry about getting run over by a holiday weekend boater while out on the yak. Any one fish it is this year? Hoping the bass bite is on?

I haven't fished it this year, but have done really well there in that past. I ran into a fellow snaggedliner while fishing the bay bridge two weeks ago and he had mentioned that he goes there often because of the close to his home. I asked him how it was as it had been a few years since I've gone there. He said the fishing has been good. I hope to make it there myself soon. I love the lack of to many boats,!!!
