PLO Tomorrow evening/night 6/15

Thinking about heading down to PLO tomorrow. winds from the south at 6mph (which is usually wrong) High tide is at 2 lowtide at 8pm thinking about heading down and fishing the outgoing and trying for croaker and flounder.
