My wife and I both liked the Bluefish sashimi. I didn't bleed the Bluefish after catching and I didnt even cut out the red meat. I threw them right in my cooler on ice and fileted them when I got home. Zero strong taste what so ever in the fried or the raw version. Bluefish has a bad rap, but I like it. I think the most important thing is to eat them as soon as possible.
