Took my new Outback on the water today by Hills Bridge on the Patuxent River. Fished for bass but no luck. Where are some good places in or around PG county for bass fishing? Pretty new to this area so any info would be great.

Rocky Gorge and Tridelphia have been productive for me. The Potomac is another good option. If going to the 2 above resivoirs be sure to stop in and get your permit. Most of the tribs feeding the bay are producing perch in large numbers around docks and structures. The perch are not large but will keep you busy if you have the right jig/spinner. Expect lots of good feedback and ACCURATE advice on this forum. These guys will put you on the fish and share the joy.
