Anyone here fished at Black Hills lake last night?

Took my son for night time fishing at Black Hills on my fishing boat. Saw about 10-15 kayakers launching off. Half of them had fishing gear. Around 10 pm, they kayaked along by us. Looks like they were playing "follow the leader". It was a pretty sight watching the lights. The leader boat had flashing red/blue lights. Took a video of it but haven't download it yet.

Anybody here know about this?
