Plans for this weekend? (8/25 or 8/26)

Well it looks like the rain may not be too much of an issue and I am itching to get out on the water. Anyone doing anything fun? I was thinking either Piney Run, Potomac, or maybe somewhere new. Anyone want to plan something with me? Preferably fresh water unless you want to teach me new tricks

I'll be at Piney Run on Sat but probably not fishing ........ girlfriend's daughter has a group picnic that we are going to ......... will take the PA though to play with and do some more installation of stuff ..........

Jonas Green is looking like it could be a fun spot to try out for perch. Maybe on Sunday though as the possible weather Saturday may cause issues. I will play it by ear and see. As long as I am on the water I will be happy.

I'm ready for a Sunday trip. I haven't fished Piney Run yet - or a lot of other places. I'm in Glen Arm so Piney Run is probably a shorter ride than Potomac. But I would be up for a day of freshwater fishing. What time did you want to get started?

i'll be in annapolis this weekend, so plan on launching either at spsp or romancoke (maybe i'll paddle across and see you guys, lol). sunday i may just play around spa creek. at least thats the plan

I'm going to try out Chesapeake Beach for the first time this weekend, probably evening on Saturday or morning Sunday. I was thinking about Clairborne, but the drive is almost 2 hours each way for me, not really worth the gas burn for a 1 day trip.

If anyone wants to meet up, PM me. I'm looking at getting setup around 4pm on Saturday, meet up at the boat ramps south of the water park. We'll have a solid 4-5 hours of fishing before it's dark, though I'm also equipped for night fishing if that's a preference.

Sunday I may meet up with fjarthead for a little bass fishing, you free on Saturday or just Sunday. I can ask him if there is room on the secret spot for one more
