Looking to split hotel for TKAA end of September

So I'm going to TKAA in September. I'm looking for someone willing to split cost of room at tournament Hotel. Rooms have 2 double beds. Let's both save a few $

The Tidewater Kayak Anglers Association proudly announces that registration is now open for the 10th Annual Kayak Fish for Charity Tournament.
The date is Sept. 26, 2015 and the tournament headquarters will be in the Tidewater area of Virginia. (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, etc)

I'm planning on going but I'm going to camp at First landing state park. I have been watching the website, when does registration open for it? Everything says 2014 still.

You can fish anywhere within a certain proximity to tournament headquarters. Includes quite a few bodies of water...lower bay, Rudee, Lynnhaven, Elizabeth River...etc. There is also a FW division. I received early reg link a couple months ago. Registration is open to tkaa members only for a while, then general public (not sure when). It is a great charity tournament with lots of nice prizes.

Is it only open to paid members right now? I'm a member but not paid, every time I click the link to the online registration it says its closed for the 2009 tournament.

It is only open to paid members at this time as far as I can tell.
