Delaware Bay Near Dover

My son goes to school in Dover and I would like to load up the yaks and go fishing in the DE Bay for stripers.

Anyone have any experience and tips you can share on this area?

The last couple of fall seasons have been hit and miss. Many boaters fish the rips at the mouth of the bay, but I've never felt comfortable doing that in a kayak in cold weather.
