December 12 -- Last Meet and Greet of 2015 -- Jonas Green

Was nice meeting several of you guys at the Tucker St Ramp and out on the water. Could not locate the rockfish that I caught last weekend but I had a successful day with 10 pickerel on Luce Creek, 3 were over 20", biggest was 24". All caught on 1/8oz jig with 3" paddletails, bass assassin glowtreuse, fat sam (courtesy of John Veil) but DOA white/chart tail was most successful.

Nice meeting you at the launch Zac, and great going on the pickerel in LC...I'm thinking of sending a picture of your catch to a friend who lives there and swears there are no fish there, haha!

Zach, you definitely landed more than I did. How much longer did you end up staying after I left?

I landed 6 and lost almost twice that on my fly rod. The bigger ones I had a chance at either tossed the fly or just bit it off! Next time I'm going with at least 20 lb leader for those buggers.

I would like to echo Mark's comments. It was so great to,see so many kayaks on the Severn Saturday morning. Thought it was a great way to end the M&G 2015 season. Going to try and make a few more in 2016.

I had made plans to make this MnG but on Wednesday I had a break down with my Jeep and it was in the shop, so I had no way to get my Yak there. Reall bummed I missed it. I might try this weekend... maybe.

Sorry you had the breakdown, fishing was pretty good. Just about everyone caught so,etching, and the food was pretty good. Keep it in. Mind for next year.

Yep, need to replace it with something else. The music industry just doesn't get it. If they allowed people to share their music it would expose it to more people and ultimately help them. Whatever
