I haven't fished the bridge in a couple of years but the eastern rock pile was usually a consistent producer this time of year. Try the channel side, down current. The drop offs hold the fish.
Jigging with 3/4 oz + jig heads and 6" bkds/ gulp swimming mullets should do it. The current can get moving pretty fast through there so you may need heavier baits. Have fun and be safe out there.
