Hey Livingthedream, I admire the commitment, makes my 2.5 hr trips to CHSP look "easy" :-). Another mile to the east of G1, the water gets deeper and bottom gets more interesting but it is still west of commercial. I made my way out there after not seeing any activity after 3-4 miles of trolling closer to shore. They're seeming to prefer the deeper water now that temps have dropped more.

I also clicked on the "sonar" icon after a few minutes of staring at the blank scree. Not sure this speeded up the process, but I wanted to make sure you could replicate my success if you were troubleshooting.
