West Marine VHF radio reviews

Anyone have opinions on West Marine VHF radios, and specifically the VHF 75? I've read previous threads on VHF radios and was leaning toward a Standard Horizon, but I received a West Marine 75 as a gift. Was wondering if I should stick with it or swap out.

I have one and it works very well ,I just don't have a lot of faith in the belt clip to hold it on my PFD I put it in a pocket.
