Sea Lice on Pickerel???

Not sure if this was a sea lice or some other sort of parasite.

Got into some really nice fish today using a Hard Head Custom Baits Purple flat spinhead with a chartreuse 4" curly tail grub.

This is the style of jig head, in purple color. They have some great action. I don't believe they list them online anymore but you can probably special order them.

They are parasitic isopods, but not sea lice. they can be found in mouths & gills of many fish.

They are parasitic, the fish get no benefits.
