I cannot comment on Jonas Green, but I did fish for pickerel in a Severn River tributary yesterday. Ice covered several of the areas I hoped to visit. In two hours of casting with live minnows on jigheads to open shorelines, I had no fish, no bites, and saw no evidence of moving fish or bait.John Veil
