I will be there, I fish the Wilson bridge mostly but cat fishing is cat fishing. I mainly use raw chicken breast as bait but any stinky oily bait is good. I have had great luck with chicken, eel, night crawlers, blood worms, shad and even hot dogs. I have also had luck with chicken marinated in cherry Kool Aid. Seems to help when the tide is slack or the fish aren't moving around much.
If the tide is moving slow enough you can drift some meat just off the bottom in the deeper spots and try and find them. Blue cats generally feed just off the bottom so you don't want your bait sitting in the mud.

ok here is the post of my rigs.
Note:I use spin-N-glo bobbers but any will do..... I vary length of leader according to strength of current, stronger the current the longer the leader....hook size correlates to size of bait....many guys use high-low rigs, which can get baits into same spot in water column. I use bobbers for movement and attraction.
