Your making me nervous, please don't bring up the weather. It's my first trip of the year and I'm half expecting snow.

Looks like I am in. I had a splash top and hip waders, just picked up a base layer so I am all set clothes wise. Not sure if I will be able to get my new kayak registered by then so I might be in my Moken, which is ok too. Probably will leave the motor at home, doesn't look like a TON of paddling.. at least not like when we launched out of St. Michaels that one time.

Probably will do chicken livers in panty hose on 7 hooks, 20lb mono leaders. Will try to get some kind of float to pick one of the hooks off the ground.

Saw a video where someone used corn once, he was killing it too.
People who use the word "literally" wrong literally kill me.

Thinking about going down to the spot this Saturday in the morning. Not completely sure yet, my friend is in town and we usually fish when he is, so I figured why not. If we do go, I will post my results. I've been 0 for 3 this February so anything would be nice, though I can't remember the last February where I fished 3 times, so that's nice in itself.

I went out last weekend searching the holes, but no luck. Couple of nibbles but no takers. Might go a little farther this weekend. Used fresh shad and sardines for bait

Yup, was really muddy. Shallow water in cold temps?

They move in to feed....I have had the most luck at 16ft, but it varies....also at times using a fish bomb has definitely worked....but you need a really heavy weight to keep it down after about 1/2 of the fluid is gone
