March 1 at ft. Smallwood

Going to launch Tuesday morning at 7, when park opens, ft. Smallwood, Anne Arundel county to see how the fishing is in that area. In the past has been great fishing. All welcome to join in.

Hopefully stripers. This will be our first trip out of Ft. Smallwood this year. Last year we started there the first of April but it was much colder last year around this time. So we will see but stripers is the target species.

Thought about going out there yesterday, but instead went looking for perch. Even if you catch nothing out there tomorrow you still did as good as me! Looking forward to the report, should be good timing.

Start at 7 at least til 10 or 11 depending when winds pick up. Trolling but prepared for some jigging
