  • anybody fishing this sunday (3/6)?

Might go out either from shore, or if there's enough interest, on the kayak, within about a 1-1.5 hour drive from my house in Carroll County. May hit the M&G spot at Marshall Hall. Is anyone else going out, and want to tag along, or mind if I did? Or fish from shore wherever? I might need to borrow a wading belt if a kayak outing is in order, because I can't find mine, and I haven't received my order of a couple new ones yet.

Nah man not at all, we will probably get down there a little after 10. Down to the boat ramp that is. PM with your contact info and I will respond with mine. Will text you when we are almost there.

Didnt go to allens fresh. I drove through and saw several kayaks fishing out there. I went to wicomico river and marshall hall. No cats. I did not try the areas where people recommended. I went up river some. I only had 3 oz weights. I think i was drifting too fast

by the way, if you look at the map i have posted in the meet and greet thread, there is an arrow. It is pointed at a fishing pier at the national colonial farm. It gets you in a spot for a variety of depths from a shore base
this is an old picture. I think the kayak launch shown on here broke off a few years back

there is a map onthe park website

On the water at 10. Off around 2. Ton of debris. Was a minefield in some sections. Ended up with one blue caught on a worm. About 25 feet deep. Fish measured 23 3/4inches.
