Does anyone know if the Capital Cove Marina boat ramp is open yet? We are thinking about going down to see the cherry blossoms from the water side. Thought that might be a good place to put in a yak or my skiff (depending on water conditions).
Is the ramp open late to take out? Or do they keep the ramp on 9-5 operating hours like they do for the rental boats.
