Don't know what day this way but this time of year it is tempting to not wear drysuit. Day like today 70 degrees and sunny but the water is still in the low 60's. I'm still wearing my suit for a few more weeks. You guys looked prepared. Makes a big difference! Glad all ok.

Man, I get so nervous when I see guys going out in windy conditions like that. Glad everyone is ok. That could have ended really badly if the water were colder.

Never really understood kayak reentry from the side. It rolled once...will probably roll again.

I'm not sure if you know the answer or not since it wasn't you that flipped, but if you do, what did they do wrong that caused them to turtle?

Wow! That is crazy. I feel bad for leaving early, even though you had plenty of help. It was definitely windier than I like it. Pedaling was not bad but once I stopped to see what it would be like to fight a fish I almost got tipped. We will have meet up again when the weather is not so windy.
