I use a Boga grip for heavier fish but use an EGO Mini Grip on most of my fish. I find it easier to use then the Boga.Comment

the boga is one of the best fishing items i have purchased. not a speck of rust and it never gets cleaned or even rinsed. still works perfectly after 9 years.sigpicComment

I have had the fish grips and now a boga. The boga is worth the money and easy to use. It also swivels and has a scale. I have seen no damage to the fish. As mentioned, the boga is also easily used to recover a fish for release. I must also go along with the neglect comments here. The boga hold up well. Just remember, the boga sinks, so attach a float.
Of course, when catching most resident size stripers, I usually just grab the leader and pull them in the kayak.Comment
