  • Best tides for Bluefish

I am heading out to Lewes on Wed. and am curious as to the best tides to fish for an improved bluefish bite. I have heard from local sources that the beginning and end of the incoming has been getting it done. I plan to be there most of the day and want to be sure to have lures wet during the times of highest activity.

    Thoughts?

Much like everywhere else, tend to have better luck on the incoming tide about an hour on each side. And that's just fishing the shoreline from the land. With a kayak, you'll be able to search a much larger area and hit the schools.

      Best tides for Bluefish

Last year I found big action on the beginning of the outgoing tide consistently in a certain area. The fish were stacked because of the current.
