      Found it. That is what I was talking about, Frankenfish burgers or Frankenfish Tacos! The state of Florida also promotes eating the fish.

          Beer battered wasn't so bad!

          I heard a few names getting tossed around last year. Channa (sp?), Potomac Pike, Swamp Trout, etc... I think one will stick and people will end up traveling here to fish for them!!!
          Used to fish more.

            I like "asian swamp trout." And the quicker MD sets up a citation for these, the quicker they are targeted by anglers-
