Self rescue practice

Now is the time to practice you reentry skills. Water Bug rescue ladders is a sponsor of the CBKA tournament this year. Check out their web site and see if it something you think you could use. I won one a few years ago at a tournament and luckily I haven't needed it yet. Getting a fully loaded kayak backover can be harder then you think some times.

I have a Water Bug ladder and a paddle float for making reentry easy. I recommend them both, especially for the more portly folks.
