Looks like the wind is going to lay down tomorrow. Plan on going out around 9:00 am to fish the incoming tide. This is a late post but if anyone wants to join me tomorrow send me a PM.

Unfortunately it was a blowout. I drove all the way down but it was just too windy to launch. Ended up hitting the Transquaking River, yeah, I had never heard of it either. It turned out to be really nice, out of the wind and quiet. Despite my lack of freshwater experience I landed a nice bass on a mini Rapala I use for White Perch! Fished a nice launch, (Cabin Creek) the next day and paddled out to Choptank, lots of bait but no keepers. If you like catfish I'd check Cabin Creek out. Had 3 hit my paddle tail. One was 4 or 5 pounds.
