off NB head out to 15-25' of water and drop hi low rigs or Fishfinder rigs with shrimp and when the croaker stop biting switch to blood worms for spot, perch and whatever else is hungry. 1oz weight and let it drag the bottom as you drift.

Its a bit of a paddle to that depth from North Beach if i remember correctly. Around 1/2 mile or so.

The paddle to deeper water is much shorter at Solomons (River side) but the boat traffic can be much higher.

Hey slackdaddy, My wife and daughter seem to be up for a Sat AM paddle and fish. Shoot me a PM. I'd be coming from Lexington Park.

The wife was wondering if there were any married folks in the group....i told her we don't talk about those kinds of things cuz it scares the fish.....

there used to be a little beach off a dirt road north of NB but they cabled it off neighbors didnt like all the partying going on at night. CB marina is only 5 bucks and breezy point marina is only 5 bucks too. be cautious with the south wind the chop builds up in the shoals and can be real snotty till u get in deeper water

                Thanks,
were launching at North Beach, the public beach at the boardwalk/pier.
I just got off the phone with NB, no charge to launch there.
