Yes, you need a Delaware license. I was checked for license and all my fish measured last time I was there.

heading down on the 19th and fishing on the 20th, been fishing there on the yak for years not so much this year though. delaware? check out saltfish.net i know some of the guys that post on the kayak forum. more local to del.
